Smt. B. K. Mehta IT Centre BCA College Managed by Banaskantha District Kelavani Mandal
The Smt. B.K. Mehta IT Centre, BCA College, Palanpur organized Alumni Meet–2026 on 24th January 2026 at the Audio Visual Hall, G.D. Modi Vidya Sankul, Palanpur. The event was conducted with the theme “Reunion, Reminisce, and Reconnect”, aiming to strengthen the bond between the institution and its former students.
The alumni meet brought together graduates from the BCA batches of 2001–2004 to 2007–2010, along with faculty members and staff. The program provided a meaningful platform for alumni to reconnect with their peers and mentors while sharing their academic, professional, and personal experiences.
Various interactive sessions encouraged discussion, reflection on college life, and exchange of ideas regarding career growth and institutional development. Alumni expressed their appreciation for the role of the college in shaping their careers and offered support for future academic and professional initiatives. The alumnus was facilitated with a small memento as a token of gratitude from the college.
The event concluded with a lunch for all participants, fostering informal interaction and strengthening alumni relationships. Overall, Alumni Meet–2026 was a successful and memorable gathering that reinforced a sense of belonging and collaboration between the alumni and the institution.
Current times are undoubtedly predominated by computerisation in all fields. In order to keep pace with this computer age, the Vardhman Computer Centre was started under the auspices of the Baba Saheb Ambedkar Open University, which runs a course for certification in computing.
