Smt. B.K. Mehta IT Centre BCA College has organized an expert lecture on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP): A Guide for IT Graduates on 26th December 2025 . The session conducted by Shri Sujit Chanpura, a distinguished industry expert with over 24 years of experience in leading IT firms across India.
This session aimed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of ERP systems, which are essential tools used by organizations to integrate and manage core business processes such as finance, human resources, sales, inventory, and production.
Students gained insights into: The importance and need for ERP in modern businesses, How ERP connected different departments through a centralized database, Various ERP modules and their real-life applications and Types of ERP systems including On-Premise, Cloud, and Hybrid solutions.
The session was beneficial for the students.
Current times are undoubtedly predominated by computerisation in all fields. In order to keep pace with this computer age, the Vardhman Computer Centre was started under the auspices of the Baba Saheb Ambedkar Open University, which runs a course for certification in computing.
