Smt. B. K. Mehta IT Centre BCA College, Palanpur organized an Essay Writing Competition on the occasion of International Women’s Day on 11th March 2026. The objective of the event was to create awareness about women’s empowerment and encourage students to express their ideas through writing. Semester two students actively participated and presented thoughtful essays on the importance of women in society. The competition helped students improve their writing skills and understanding of gender equality. The program was successfully conducted with great enthusiasm and participation from students. The college appreciated the efforts of participants.
Current times are undoubtedly predominated by computerisation in all fields. In order to keep pace with this computer age, the Vardhman Computer Centre was started under the auspices of the Baba Saheb Ambedkar Open University, which runs a course for certification in computing.
