Environmental Conservation Fest & Prize Distribution(23rd–26th September 2026 1st October 2026)

Smt. B. K. Mehta IT Centre (BCA College), Palanpur, in joint partnership with Nature Club, R. R. Mehta College of Science and C. L. Parikh College of Commerce, hosted the Environmental Conservation Fest and  Grand Prize Distribution Ceremony on 1st October 2026 in Room No. 05. The ceremonial event honored the outstanding achievers of BCA Semester-III who participated in the week-long co-curricular competition series (23rd–26th September 2026) dedicated to the vital theme of 'Environment Conservation'.

Third-semester undergraduates exhibited exemplary ecological consciousness and technical innovation across four competitive tracks: Essay Writing (23rd Sept, judged by Prof. Hardika Thakkar), Debate (24th Sept, evaluated by Dr. N. S. Patel & Shree Sagar Nai), Model Making (25th Sept, assessed by Dr. Namrata Gupta), and Poster Making (26th Sept, judged by Dr. Saleha Memon & Dr. Ankita Chaudhary). The exhibits featured smart automated irrigation prototypes, solar tracking units, e-waste management models, and visual campaigns championing a zero-plastic campus.

Principal Dr. Namrata Gupta presided over the ceremony, while Dr. Yogesh Dabgar (Principal, R. R. Mehta College of Science) served as the Chief Guest of Honour, inspiring students to pioneer green computing solutions. Top 1st and 2nd Rank winners across all competitions were awarded prestigious trophies. The distinguished judges were honored with special 'Token of Respect & Gratitude' mementos. All participant prizes were sponsored by Convener Dr. Dhruv Prakashbhai Pandya.

The dais was graced by shri Pravin madam, Prof. Alpeshbhai, and Prof. Saleha Madam. Led by Convener Dr. Dhruv Pandya and Co-Convener Dr. Natvar Patel, the ceremony concluded on an inspiring note with a Vote of Thanks delivered by Shri. Malav Sir and the National Anthem.
