The Placement Cell is an important unit of an educational institution that acts as a bridge between students and industries.
In accordance with the AICTE guidelines, a Placement Cell is functional at our BCA College.
The main objective of the Placement Cell is to prepare students for employment opportunities and help them achieve successful careers after graduation. The Placement Cell provides career counselling and guidance to students, helping them make informed career decisions and prepare for employment opportunities. It organizes training programs on aptitude, technical skills, communication skills, and interview preparation to enhance students' employability. The cell maintains placement-related data and reports, tracks student achievements, placement status, and career progression. It also collaborates with alumni to facilitate mentorship, career guidance, and professional referrals, thereby strengthening the connection between students and the industry.
Current times are undoubtedly predominated by computerisation in all fields. In order to keep pace with this computer age, the Vardhman Computer Centre was started under the auspices of the Baba Saheb Ambedkar Open University, which runs a course for certification in computing.
