The Navratri Festival was celebrated on 16th October 2026, with great enthusiasm at Shrimati B.K.
Mehta IT Centre (BCA College), G.D. Modi Vidya Sankul, Palanpur. The programme
aimed to promote Indian culture, traditional values, and a spirit of unity
among students. Students and staff participated enthusiastically in Garba and
Raas, dressed in traditional attire. Four award categories—Best Costume (Male
and Female) and Best Performer (Male and Female)—added excitement to the
celebration. The event was organized under the guidance of Principal Dr.
Namrata S. Gupta and concluded successfully in a joyful and vibrant atmosphere.
Current times are undoubtedly predominated by computerisation in all fields. In order to keep pace with this computer age, the Vardhman Computer Centre was started under the auspices of the Baba Saheb Ambedkar Open University, which runs a course for certification in computing.
